At this session\, Nicholas LaRocca will share his insights from 20 years of experience ensuring visitors to the Memorial Tournament and the world-renowned Muirfield Village Golf Club receive top-notch service. Topics include anticipating requests the answer is yes so what is the question turning complaining customers into company advocates\, defusing tense situations and insuring first-time buyers become repeat customers.\n\n\n\nAbout the speaker:\n\nNicholas started working at Muirfield Village Golf Club as an intern in 1997 and was named General Manager and Chief Operating Officer in 2010. Nicholas is very involved with the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) and serves on the Board of Governors for the Club Foundation. Nicholas has served on many CMAA committees at the national level and is a past board member of the Ohio Valley Chapter. In 2010\, the LaRocca Family Executive Scholarship was created to honor commitment to professional development and continued support of The Club Foundation and CMAA. Nicholas is a member of the Cha ne des R tisseurs\, National Golf Course Owners Association\, National Club Association and the United States Golf Association.
