She has a proven track record in developing high-value business models, including marketplaces and digital platforms, and is renowned for her expertise in entrepreneurship, strategy, marketing, and human resources.
Catherine is actively involved in community and non-profit boards, including the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, Columbus College of Art and Design, and previously the Greater Columbus Art Council and National Association of Women Business Owners. She has been recognized as a top executive with accolades such as Columbus CEO’s Most Admired CEO, Smart Woman’s Progressive Entrepreneur Award, and multiple listings in Inc. 500-5000 Fastest Growing Companies.
With 20 years as Founder and CEO of Portfolio Creative and 15 years in marketing for Fortune 500 and smaller businesses, Catherine has demonstrated leadership and innovation across various sectors. Her thought leadership is showcased through her podcasts, blogs, and speaking engagements at prominent conferences.
Catherine holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Northern Illinois University and a Staffing Professional Certification from the American Staffing Association.
