The legacy of the Chamber's Leadership Dublin program is seen in the strength and development of community leaders who collaborate to seize new opportunities, address challenges and develop solutions that improve the health and well being of our community.

As part of Leadership Dublin's Executive Program curriculum, participants will divide up into small groups to work on a community project. The group community project is an opportunity to gain insight and understanding of issues facing volunteer leadership and to leverage new leadership capabilities to deliver a successful project that increases the well-being of our community.
